Affordable Wedding Photography In Or Near Los Angeles?

My sisters wedding is coming up in like 7 months and we are trying to find a decent photographer ona budget. It seems like almost all of them are charging over 1500 just to take pictures and give you the negatives. Does anyone know of a good deal on wedding photography around LA that will allow us to leave with at least some images to keep instead of just a cd with the proofs?
